As everyone arrives, the dogs ease into the day with a little play and social time — catching up with their friends, greeting the newcomers, and settling in before the morning adventure begins.
Morning walk

Every morning, we head out into nature — fields, forests, and fresh air. The walk is a calm mix of exploration, play, and gentle leash practice, giving each dog a grounded, joyful start to the day.
Nap time

After exploring outside, the group settles in for some well-deserved rest. A quiet space to relax, nap, and reset for the afternoon.
Fun & Snuggles

After the initial meeting, we’ll schedule a full trial day to ensure your pup feels at home and fits right in. It’s also a chance for you to see how much they’ll love it!

Once your pup is approved, it’s time to pick the perfect membership! From here on, they’ll enjoy endless adventures, care, and cuddles while you focus on your day.

Absolutely! Our meet-and-greet is your chance to visit Bark and Bone with your dog, explore the space, and ask any questions you might have. It’s the perfect opportunity for both you and your pup to get a feel for our environment. Afterward, we’ll arrange a trial day where your dog can spend a full day with us, ensuring they’re comfortable and happy before you make a commitment.

Yes, absolutely! We share highlights of our adventures on our Instagram story so you can see what your dog has been up to.
Additionally, every member gets access to an exclusive group chat with all our experts. In this chat, you can ask any questions regarding your dog’s care, behavior, or anything else you’d like to know. We’re here to keep you informed and connected!

We prioritize giving the dogs in our care enough attention and ensuring their needs are met. We do this by limiting our groups and getting to know each and every one of them.

If you’d like to switch your dog’s regular daycare day:
Occasional Swaps: You can swap your dog’s regular day for another within the same week if there’s availability. Please contact us in advance to check.
Missed Days: Missed days can also be rescheduled, but we need at least 48 hours’ notice to make adjustments. The missed day must be used within the allowed timeframe based on your membership type.
Permanent Changes: If you’d like to permanently change your dog’s regular day, let us know! We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

If you need a longer break, you can cancel your membership and rejoin later. However, keep in mind that your spot may not be available when you return, as spaces are limited.

We require a 1-month notice for any changes or cancellations to your daycare membership.
For example, if you inform us by the 30th of this month, your membership will end or adjust at the end of the following month.

Unfortunately, female dogs in heat cannot attend daycare for the safety and comfort of all dogs.
We understand the importance of responsible pet care and proudly support owners who choose to keep their dogs intact. To accommodate this, we offer a membership pause of up to 3 weeks to cover your dog’s heat cycle. This ensures her spot is held, and she can return to daycare once her cycle is complete.

Pick-Up: Between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
Drop-Off: Between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM.

No, you don’t need to be home! If you provide us with a key for access, we can pick up or drop off your dog seamlessly without requiring you to be present. Let us know in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest.
However, if you do not provide us with a key, you will need to be home during the pick-up and drop-off windows (8:00 AM to 9:00 AM for pick-up and 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM for drop-off).
