Starting early is the key to stress-free grooming later. Our Puppy Package is designed to help your little one build trust and confidence step by step, with two carefully tailored appointments full of patience, calm, and positive experiences.
First Appointment
(approx. 1.5h, incl. consultation)
We take it slow and focus on comfort. Your puppy is gently introduced to washing, drying, and light pampering. We clean the hygiene area, trim around the face so they can see clearly, and check the ears. Everything is playful and relaxed, so your puppy learns the basics without stress.
Please note: the 1.5h includes a consultation with you. Allow an extra 15–20 minutes at drop-off before you leave, so we can go through everything together.
Second Appointment
(approx. 2h, depending on your puppy)
Once your puppy feels more confident, we continue with their very first proper haircut — styled just as you’d like. At the end, our groomer shares valuable tips on coat care at home, how often to book appointments, and what we can support you with.
